"This book is the absolute tits, no waffle, straight to the point advice for men looking to get themselves in better shape, and start getting the ride again." - Another happy customer

If I’d read this at 20 or 21, my life would’ve moved faster — no question about it.
I would’ve been in better shape, in a stronger position financially, and far more grounded in my relationships.
Instead, I was driving life like i stole it.
No structure.
No accountability.
No real role models showing me how a man should actually live.
And that’s the problem for most men today.
There’s too much noise online. Too many opinions. Too much conflicting advice. Everyone shouting, nobody leading.
So through my work with men inside Alpha Clan, I decided to strip it all back and put the fundamentals in one place — the stuff that actually matters.
This book isn’t about motivation.
It’s about standards.
It’s for men who are:
• A bit stuck
• A bit fat
• Exhausted
• Unsure where to even start
And sick of being confused by all the bullshit online.
Nothing fancy.
Nothing complicated.
Just straight, practical advice that works — if you apply it.

Damo, your book covers all the basics of the program and gives you a kick, to start the process.
I wish more books were written like this - "just tell me what to do".
Sometimes you want all the details and to be convinced of the right way to do things, and other times you just want a direct instruction and a boot up the ass. 🤣
Given how far I've come in this program and the conversations we've had, this ebook is going to be a solid reference for me to go back and read to set me straight if I start overcomplicating things.

The whole book is very good, its not too long to get boring, and its long enough to get your points across, a meaningful, enjoyable read for a man with a busy non stop life.
It outlines how to change a mans habits from bad ones to better ones, and from better ones to ones that will remain a constant in their life.
The step by step guide from a seasoned professional like Damien is helping me personally to change my life for the better, and Im nearly there
... giddy up...

Damien this is a breath of fresh air in a world cluttered with overcomplicated self-help books. As a man who’s tried (and failed) at fancy diets and sleep hacks before, this book cuts straight through the noise with no frills, no bullshit just solid, actionable advice that actually makes sense for real life.

Lads you have the manual for the dishwasher or the fancy leaf blower out in the shed. Let this be the manual for you when you feel you are not being the best version of yourself. I plan on printing this out and referring back to it anytime I am not performing at my full potential. Even if I don't feel like I need to refer back to it I will read it once a month to try and hardwire all these habits into my brain. Thank you Damo.

My name is Damien Hennigan.
I’m 42 years of age and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
For a long time, I drove my life like i stole it.
I made a lot of bad decisions.
I learned everything the hard way.
I was heavily into party drugs for years — raving my tits off for days on end, living on fuck all sleep, eating shite, and numbing myself with whatever I could get my hands on.
If I wasn’t off my head at a rave, I was glued to the bar sinking shots.
And here’s the mad part…
I was running a gym at the same time.
On the outside, things looked grand.
On the inside, I was lost.
What eventually straightened me out wasn’t discipline or willpower —
it was purpose.
Helping men like you.
Building structure into my life.
Creating routines that actually brought peace instead of chaos.
I eventually had to face the truth:
Drugs and alcohol weren’t the problem —
they were the numbing agents.
I was avoiding pain I didn’t want to deal with.
Facing it wasn’t pretty.
But it changed everything.
I’m healthier.
Clearer.
More grounded.
And far happier than I ever was back then.
And now, I help men who feel stuck, lost, exhausted, or out of control find their way back — without fluff, bullshit, or judgement.
If you’re ready to do the work, I’ll meet you there.
