Damien Hennigan

My name is Damien Hennigan.
I’m 42 years of age and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

For a long time, I drove my life like i stole it.

I made a lot of bad decisions.
I learned everything the hard way.

I was heavily into party drugs for years — raving my tits off for days on end, living on fuck all sleep, eating shite, and numbing myself with whatever I could get my hands on.
If I wasn’t off my head at a rave, I was glued to the bar sinking shots.

And here’s the mad part…

I was running a gym at the same time.

On the outside, things looked grand.
On the inside, I was lost.

What eventually straightened me out wasn’t discipline or willpower —
it was purpose.

Helping men like you.
Building structure into my life.
Creating routines that actually brought peace instead of chaos.

I eventually had to face the truth:
Drugs and alcohol weren’t the problem —
they were the numbing agents.
I was avoiding pain I didn’t want to deal with.
